To book a course

Please contact us with your requirements for the course, or if you have any questions about the available options.

Confirmation of booking

Fluency in English will send you a provisional confirmation of booking, total course cost, and payment details within 24 hours.

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking. This can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

After we receive your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, and all the details of your course and accommodation.

The balance is payable by credit card, bank transfer or cash, on or before the first day of your course.

After you have booked

We will send you a pre-course questionnaire, so we can start to assess your English.

After this we will arrange to speak to you on the telephone. We can assess your spoken English fluency, talk to you about your course, and answer any questions you have.
